Prosecutor charges man in connection with actions during the Flying Pig Marathon

A registered Flying Pig participant is charged with Carrying Concealed Weapon /Failure to Inform Law Enforcement Officer and Menacing by Stalking. In a release Thursday, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said the Cincinnati Police filed the charges against 49-year-old David Moore. The release says Moore is charged with both calling the Executive Director of the Flying Pig Marathon, Iris Simpson-Bush, and having personal contact with her during the marathon events. He complained about his bib number for the marathon, inquired about her relationship status, made comments about terrorism and asked to speak on the stage during the marathon events. Deters says Cincinnati Police officers stopped Moore when he showed up at the event stage. He continued to make statements about terrorism.
